Dylan, Dylan, Dylan. What can I say about Dylan. He is so full of life. Life is never - nor has it ever been boring with Dylan around. He livens up any room when he is in it. I am never quite sure what he is up to. His eyes are so blue they can get him out of trouble almost every time. When Dylan was three he came into the house and said "Mom, sorry about your window." After asking what window, I found out that a rock had gone through my car window. He was really sorry and look at those eyes. Who could be mad?

We got Dylan the "Grumpy" hat at Disneyland. It fit him (mood wise) perfectly. He went through quite an onery phase and was always mad about something. And boy could he throw a fit. My walls were never the same. There wasn't a naughty chair that could hold him. And spanking just made him laugh.

Dylan wrestled a few times. He is so squirrely that the kids can't pin him. But the boy is so talented with a basketball I can't let him waste that talent. That talent you are just born with. He was dribbling between his legs and behind his back in the 4th grade.

First day of Kindergarten picture. He looked so sharp. Whenever Dylan did something new, I couldn't be sad. He was so excited that it rubbed off on me. I have always loved those little freckles.

What a cheeser. Dylan had a lisp when he was little. It was so dang cute. I hated to send him to speech because I loved his little talk. He would get leg aches at night and would say he had "Yag aches". That Y sound snuck in front of most words for Dylan and it was so cute.

Dylan was born part fish. We have done the swimming lesson thing with him. During the first classes I would just watch him because the teachers didn't seem to be able to keep track of him. He would duck under the water and swim over to Dakoda's class. They would freak out because they were missing a student and then they would find him and bring him back. It was so funny. He never wiped his eyes or face when he would come up out of the water. He would just pop up and act like he had always been there.

I just love to see these pictures. He was such a cute little chubber gut.

And always, always, always a clown.

When Dylan was born there was only one other couple in the hospital having a baby. They were Indians. Grandpa Jones was so worried they had given us the wrong baby. He was so dark and so chubby.

Anybody that knows Dylan knows that he is a remarkable young man. He is always picking on his brothers but he is the first one to stand up and protect them. He's only been to the office once and that was for standing up for Devin in a fight. He brings home GREAT grades and gives everything 100%.
